The Fine Print, In Plain English
About 9 homes out of 10 — yes, to the dollar. The on-site check is your protection, not fine print: Neil looks at your actual plumbing, confirms the flat rate in writing, and you approve it before a single tool comes out. If your home needs something extra — say a code update or new loop plumbing — you’ll hear exactly what and why, with its own price, before anything starts. Your flat rate is locked once you approve it: it never grows mid-job, whether the work goes fast or slow. The visit and estimate are free either way.
The whole job. Whole-house packages cover the plumbing, installation and testing — Neil stays until it’s running right. Under-sink drinking-water systems include install, flush, and a taste test before we go. Softener packages come with starter salt, replacement installs include haul-away of the old unit, and every install is tested before we leave. Options like built-in recirculation for tankless are listed with their own flat prices on each service page.
Only things nobody can see from a price list: a code update your existing plumbing needs, extra loop plumbing, or a damaged part discovered mid-job — a broken closet flange under an old toilet, for instance. Any of those gets its own written price, explained plainly, and approved by you before the work happens. Nothing is ever added to the bill without your sign-off. The one small standard extra: drilling a countertop hole for an RO faucet is $50, and only if your sink needs one.
No. When Neil is available, the rate is the rate — weekends and holidays included, and that covers the $250 America 250 specials too. A burst pipe on a Sunday shouldn’t cost double what it costs on a Tuesday.
Yes — financing options are available on approved credit; just ask when you call. Our listed prices reflect our discount for payment by cash or check, offered to every customer.
Repairs carry a 90-day guarantee — if it fails, we make it right. Installs carry a 2-year Aqua Cat labor warranty on top of each manufacturer’s warranty, which we register for you at install. Mixed-bed softener systems carry a 10-year warranty. All of it in writing, none of it hedged.
